Illustration Friday - Impatience

Topic is "impatience". Tried something different with using only a limited 5 color palette from Colourlovers.com. Made me have to think about how to use the colors which was good for me. Using flat brushes in photoshop too, another new thing. Trying to loosen up my work and use as few brushstrokes as possible.

Octopus...tech...thingy

Just playing around this morning, working on defining planes and edges. I always forget to flip the image over in p-shop and when I finally did noticed that the right side was wonky. Tried to fix that but still looks funny. Maybe will come back later and fix.
